FINALLY, Finals are over, I have so much to upload for all of you!
When I saw this, I knew exactly which song to pair it up with. I know that previously, the hair and name match-ups didn't make much sense, but this one does to me. I love this song by one of my favorite bands, Paramore. The song is called Ignorance, please enjoy!
Adjust-Shine is on the left, and EA Control is on the right. (I added Newsea's highlights as well, and I gave my models some fun-colored tips to show them off, as you can see, they're labelled, so there shouldn't be any confusion (click the small images to see them full-size)):

I love the fact that Newsea is doing new and crazy stuff, I think its great, and its fun to play around with.
I still haven't figured out how to use DABOOBS properly, so if you would so kindly only use one version. It won't work with two. And now, to make things even MORE confusing, there is a version within a version. If you like adjust-shine, download that, and then choose whether you'd like the highlights or not. That is all
There is currently still no kids version, although I think it looks horrible on children, I will upload it when I get it. (I ripped this off a sim on the exchange, for god's sake). Also, I attempted to convert it for males, and it worked, but the hair went into the sim's chest. I made him super thin, and still no beans. That means it will require that I edit the mesh, and I don't really know how to do that yet. So if it comes out for males, I'll retexture it for them too, until that day, its a no.
Unzipped, the hair will be between 2-3 megabytes, it shouldn't really be a problem for anyone, you'll be putting 2-3 megabytes in your game.

DISCLAIMER: This wasn't made by me, it was made by the creative and lovely Newsea; and as stuffed as their pockets may be, they can make some nice hair. This one can be found here.
I think its great that you're here, and if you like what you see, click some stuff, feel free to explore.
You're not a judge but if you're gonna judge me,

Please use my work for good, and not evil. By that I mean NO PAYSITES. Also, please give myself and Newsea credit, we both worked on this, we both deserve to be credited or at least linked. Thankyehvurrymuch.

ReplyDeleteDownload the free trial version and design yourself some textures... :D
is the mesh included in this?
ReplyDeleteit looks terrible!Original more buautiful!
ReplyDeleteI think it's nice that you made multiple versions. What I noticed is that some people prefer some types of textures or highlight/shyne system depending on how their overall sim population looks like (as in their sim-creating styles).
ReplyDeleteSince I go towards more an anime-ish style, I prefer Newsea's more shiny version, but I think your rework looks good!
I hope you keep on learning and sharing! Of course bashings can be hurtful at times, but try your best not to let the numbers get to you as you might miss those who actually appreciate and give critiques.
Either way, I like your retextures. Thank you for making the previous version and the update. Don't listen to the people being mean. You're doing great.
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job. Your retextures are very nice. I do not like the dark roots Newsea gave to this hairstyle's texture but you terminated that. Thank you for this hair retexture. Keep up the good work. ♥
ReplyDeleteThank you all! And Yugure, I alwaysalwaysalways include the meshes to the hair I retexture.
ReplyDeleteWill this replace the original?
ReplyDeleteYes, it will replace the original, but I am working on a method to make my retextures non-default, when I figure it out, I'll update this again.
